Hi all,
It has been really exciting to watch the development of Project Motor Racing and the recent news article on the Lamborghini Murciélago R-GT caught my eye. Whilst reading the article, I notice a few errors in one of the promotional images containing the 2D data recording display which I wanted to highlight (having carried out some research before into this model recently).

Apologies for the deep dive into some very minor detail. Looking forwards for the release of PMR and driving the Murciélago R-GT (along with many other vehicles)!

1) Segmented display format. From the promotional material, the format of the segmented display showing the gear number doesn’t make any sense – with the \ in the N not being possible in the common formats of segmented display (7 & 14). The real Murciélago R-GT uses a 7-segment display (pictured below) and displays text in similar format to the below image (technically the second n isn’t standard but would make sense in this use case). I have also added a second example of a 14 segmented display that is commonly available which is similar in style to the one displayed in the promotional image.

A slight tangent, from this video it seems that 0 is used as the neutral gear instead of N. I have yet to see N or 0 on any other media so wouldn't want to confirm if this is the case or not.
2) Wrong type of LCD technology for main display. In the promotional materials, the Murciélago R-GT has a graphical based LCD display while the actual car seems to have a 4-line, character-based LCD display.

For me, the incorrect formatting on the segmented display is my largest issue and stood out to me straight away. The type of LCD used (while incorrect), could easily be seen as a creative decision to give more useful information to the player.Apologies for the deep dive into some very minor detail. Looking forwards for the release of PMR and driving the Murciélago R-GT (along with many other vehicles)!
